How to Create an Account

1. Access the Registration Form
   Navigate to the Sign Up page on the YIS platform. The registration form will be displayed with input fields for your personal information.

2. Complete the Required Fields
   All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory:

   • First Name – Enter your given name.

   • Last Name – Enter your family name or surname.

   • Email Address – Provide a valid and accessible email address.

   • Password – Create a secure password.

   • Confirm Password – Re-enter the same password to confirm.

   • Birth Date – Select your date of birth using the calendar selector.

   • Gender – Choose your gender from the dropdown menu.

3. Review and Submit
   After filling in all required fields:

   • Ensure the passwords match.

   • Confirm that the email address is correctly entered.

   • Click the Sign up button to proceed.

4. Error Handling
   If any required field is incomplete or contains an invalid value, a red message will appear prompting you to make corrections before submitting.

5. Next Steps
   Upon successful submission:

   • You will receive an account activation email.
